I guess i will start out with the basic stuff. The conference went very on Tuesday! The conference that had occurred in the zone Vitória Da Conquista had apparently failed epically! haha Everything went late, the trainings by the Zone Leaders went way over time and Sister Andrezzo didn´t even get to give her training, it ended late, they had to eat lunch at a restaurant cause the lunch plans had failed.... em fim. Our Zone Conference here in Itabuna went really smooth and didn´t have any problems . Haha Success! And i feel like i didn´t make a fool of myself! haha That is the first major meeting that i have ever directed! I tried to use my really formal portuguese as well in the micro phone. Just for fun! haha And it was fun just to chill up on the stand and talk with President and Sister Andrezzo. So that was Tuesday. The rest of the week was normal. We did a division, and i stayed in Buerarema with one of the district leaders. It was funny. Except we taught this crazy lady ´from another denomonation´ and it was frustrating. hahaha she is the mom of a kid that keeps going to church all by himself. So naturally we want to baptize him, but the mom shut us down because we don´t believe that God´s name is Jehovah. Haha she is the kind of woman that will say what she wants and it doesn´t matter what you say, she´ll still think what she wants. anyways!
That is the same old same old. The rest of the week was uneventful. It was our last week in the rented house for our church meetings. We will be moving into a school to have the meetings on Sunday. But this Sunday we can´t use the school. So i don´t know what we will do this Sunday... we´ll see! But church was good. We had a couple investigators that a member brought to church for us and also, Raildo our recent convert, received the priesthood! Now we have three men with the priesthood in the group! haha sweet deal! it is funny the things that i find super cool now!
Well tonight we are getting one of those famous Águia Branca busses to Salvador. I´ll have that meeting tomorrow. I am pretty excited! Itabuna Zone did really really well this month, it was a really great month. We also get to eat breakfast and lunch with president! Haha which is always the best. Last council we ate stir fry for lunch! It had been a loooonngg time that i had eaten Asian style food. So that´s exciting.
This week is the last week of Elder Malloy and then he returns home to the good old Washington. I´ll get a new companion and then i´ll start the new transfer fresh. I really am feeling great, and working hard. It´s funny how some missionaries get real trunky and homesick and stop working. But I am doing alright!
