Well hey! how are things going up there? We had a
pretty tough week here in Itabuna and Buerarema. This week we had gone up to
council in Salvador. Actually, i am pretty shocked that that happened last
week. It feels like ages ago and not like this last week. I am so focused on
who were working with and what is happening in the zone that i forget and lose
myself in the week. I spent a lot of time out of my area this week on
divisions. I was with Elder Jorge in São Caetano one of the days doing
baptismal interviews. Then at night we had to hussle down to the Bairro Califórnia
and i did an interview there as well.
We had a
baptism on Sunday morning of 4. They are the brothers of a 16 year old kid we
baptized last week. This week Railan, the original, he received the priesthood
and he is super excited to bless the sacrament next week. I am going to give
him one of my white shirts.
I hope
you are ok with this mom, but i am going to try to get rid of everything i can.
Most all of my clothes are usable and nice-zinho. So i will give lots of it
away to people who need it. It is hard to buy white shirts here in Brazil, and
a lot of these people are poor. But i will try to put all of it to good use.
Elder Warner still is like my best friend. haha it is funny. We laugh so hard, we pass through really stressful stuff and get irritated but we never fight or say mean things to each other. It is just a really fun companionship. I have never ever worked so freakin hard than now with Elder Warner. And a combination of our hard work, friendship, spirit, and blessings has given us a lot of baptisms.
i
love you guys. Things are great. Here comes another week in the mission. Bring
it. And let´s baptize more people. Ha!
